Good morning!
I wanted to make sure that you received the parking instructions for the Brock Center (see attached). Please be sure your guests understand that all parking is street parking on Marlin Bay Drive and is about a 5 minute walk on a nature path. Comfortable shoes are recommended. There are also a few ADA spaces closer to the building just past the gravel, and dropoffs are welcome.
The more you reiterate these instructions to your guests, the less frustrated they will be upon arrival! All of our parking is offsite as a teachable moment and part of the Living Building Challenge award—the 10th in the world! We hope you enjoy the Brock Center as much as we do!
