The Virginia Commission on Civic Education is hosting the 2025 Teacher Summit on Civic Education on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Summit will be held at the John Marshall Center at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture, located at 428 N. Arthur Ashe Boulevard, Richmond 23220. The registration link is below, and the agenda will be attached once finalized. Parking will be validated for conference attendees and commission members in the VHMC lot behind the museum, with entrances from Kensington Avenue and opposite the VMFA parking garage (from N Sheppard St. or Stuart Ave). There is also free, non-metered street parking around the museum on Kensington Avenue, N Sheppard St, and Hanover Ave. Lunch will be provided.
